Our ideal candidate will have experience in the private aviation industry as a Travel Advisor or Account Manager. The primary role will is to provide superior customer service to our clients and their staff. Main duties include management and coordination of all facets of trip planning including basic flight information and supplemental services. You will be required to work a rotational schedule including periodic weekends and necessary after-hours coverage.
Our ideal applicant will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the private aviation industry in Sales and Sourcing. The primary role will be to bring in and manage clients as well as work with industry partners to source aircraft. You will learn on the job as our team functions more like account managers, working with our trip management team on all aspects of their charters from start to finish (sales, flight ops, client service and managing client relations.)
